What will your job entail?
- Managing the daily operation of the store and warehouse.
- Organizing and leading a team of employees - planning shifts, training new colleagues and motivating the team.
- Ensuring the quality of goods, their storage and preparation for customers.
- Controlling and optimizing warehouse stocks.
- Cooperating with the company management to improve the processes and results of the branch.
- Actively involved in operations - helping customers, operating the cash register and checking the quality of goods.
- Participation in the branch's business and sales results.
What do we expect from you?
- Experience with team management or strong potential to lead and motivate a team.
- Knowledge of flowers or a desire to learn in this area - we will support you!
- Ability to work in two-shift operation.
- Responsibility, organizational skills and a customer-oriented approach.
- Basic knowledge of working on a PC.
