Claim process.

Place and method for making a return

The customer is entitled to claim of goods online via the supplier's return form listed on this page, always within 24 hours from receiving the goods.

In the return form, the customer is obliged to fill in all the mandatory fields, which include: customer code, email address, telephone contact, invoice number, type of goods, number of pieces and reason for claim.
In the case of a complaint about the quality of the goods, the customer is also obliged to insert a clearly visible photo of the claimed goods into the return form. Complaints about delivered and undelivered goods can only be made with a signed original invoice for the goods in question. The customer is obliged to check the delivered goods immediately at the place of receipt with an authorized employee of St. Gabriel s.r.o. Without a signed invoice, this claim will not be accepted. We do not accept returns of A2 and B1 quality.
