What will you need?
Before you let your creativity run wild, prepare:
- frame,
- fine mesh,
- cloves or wire,
- dried flowers (for example, spring or meadow flowers),
- spray for dried flowers,
- possibly an arrangement material.
Flower decoration for your walls step by step
The procedure is simple and the result absolutely mesmerizing. So let's get to work.
- Take a frame to hand, which will serve as a structure. Choosing the type of frame is purely up to you, you can choose classic wooden, but also metal, which will look more industrial and unconventional. Decide not only according to the flowers that you will incorporate into the image, but also according to the space where you want to display the decoration.
- According to the size of the frame cut out a piece of mesh that will fill the entire space of the structure. For metal frames, you can fix the mesh with wire, which you simply wrap around the frame and thread through the mesh. For wooden or plastic frames, use cloves to attach them — hide them in the inside of the frame so that they do not stick out anywhere.
- Dried meadow clean flowers (ideally annuals), shorten them to the desired lengths. We recommend that you lay out the flowers on the frame and play with different combinations and layouts. This saves time that you would otherwise spend untangling improperly composed flowers from the mesh, which also risks breaking them.
- Once you are satisfied with the layout, you can start fixing the flowers in the mesh. Usually it is enough to thread the flower with several openings of the meshes so that the mesh is intertwined at several points and the flower does not fall. In places where you need to fix more flowers on top of each other, you can use an arrangement mass that will keep the flower securely in place. You simply stick the stem into it as deep as you need.
- In the end fix the dried flower composition with a spray for dried flowers And voilà, the work is done and your personal mini garden can begin to decorate any space.
